Omega Construction and Design, Inc. is excited to announce that an out-of-state Client recently received the '2019 Joyce Turner Award For Historic Preservation', awarded by the NHPD for the best exterior remodel/restoration. Omega Construction provided the Brachs' the consultation, design, renovation, and repair services required for the 1st phase of the full rehabilitation. This prestigious award is presented annually by the North Hill Preservation Association. From NHPD:
"The North Hill Preservation Association was honored to present the following award during our 47th Annual Meeting & Founders Day Celebration June 21st Pensacola Country Club:
Joyce Turner Award for Historic Preservation – Built in 1900, the lovely Queen-Anne Style home at 903 North Spring St Pensacola,Fl began its life as the original home of William J. Forbes & wife Ina Mabel (Case) Forbes. At some point in history, the home was converted into a boarding house which was common in the neighborhood during WII when NAS needed additional homes for pilots undergoing training. Rhonda & Daryl Brach purchased the home & began an extensive restoration of the home to bring it back to its original floor-plan as a single-family home for their family. Together with their residential contractor, Drew Chandler Dennis of Omega Construction and Design Inc., they have completed the exterior restoration and have plans for a new carriage house & garden for the property." -Call Omega for your historic home's remodeling needs.
